About GripeVote

Business software promises to save time. Owners know where it doesn't. GripeVote is a public board for the specific tasks that eat your week in QuickBooks, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Clio, Square, Toast, and the rest.

How it works

• Post a pain: one task, one tool, and what it costs you.
• Me too: vote, and tell us how many hours a week it costs you.
• The weekly top 5 go out by email every Tuesday.

House rules

• Pains only. No how-tos, hacks, or fixes, and no product pitches in posts.
• Be specific and be fair. Talk about the software, not individual people.
• Seeded posts are rewritten from public forums and reviews and always link their source.
